Just started reading “Switch”. The three behavior change themes that run throughout the book are:
- What looks like a people problem is often a situation problem. We must build environments that facilitate behaviour change.
- What looks like laziness is often exhaustion. Engage people with emotions.
- What looks like resistance is often lack of clarity. Give people an actionable task.
I’m only a chapter in and I’m loving it. More to report later… stay tuned!
