Just started reading “Switch”.  The three behavior change themes that run throughout the book are:
What looks like a people problem is often a situation problem.  We must build environments that facilitate behaviour change.
What looks like laziness is often exhaustion.  Engage people with emotions.
What looks like resistance is often lack of clarity.  Give people an actionable task.
I’m only a chapter in and I’m loving it.  More to report later… stay tuned!
