Twitter: Health Message Retweets Lose Credibility

In a recent class lecture, a health communication expert working for a well-known health agency shared with us that public health agencies rely heavily on local bloggers to share health information with target audiences because - you guessed it - health agencies don’t have as many followers as Phil DeFranco or Jenna Marbles and these internet personalities appear very credible to followers.  Interesting stuff.
